Welcome to the TripleCrown Terms of Service (“Agreement”). This document establishes the legally binding rules, user responsibilities, and access conditions governing your use of the TripleCrown platform, services, and applications operated by TripleCrown Interactive Ltd. in the Philippines.
By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to comply with this Agreement. We encourage you to read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

The TripleCrown platform is defined as an entertainment hub providing access to a curated selection of interactive titles, community features, and digital payment processing services, optimized primarily for users in the Philippines.
Access to and use of our platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By accepting these terms, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. (See Responsible Use Guide for details.)
To access the full scope of services on the TripleCrown platform, you must complete the required account registration process. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account password.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify TripleCrown immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
You agree to fully comply with all required Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification procedures, which are mandatory for secure payouts and regulatory compliance. Failure to complete KYC may result in the suspension of payout privileges. (See Security and Fairness Guide for details.)
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the TripleCrown platform:
TripleCrown Interactive Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account access without prior notice if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a security risk to the community.
The TripleCrown platform provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times, although we use industry-leading security practices to mitigate risks.
TripleCrown shall not be liable for any losses arising from system failures, technical glitches, network disruptions, or delays in digital payments that are beyond our reasonable control, including issues originating from GCash or Maya network downtime.
TripleCrown Interactive Ltd. reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide users with reasonable notice (e.g., via email or platform notification) before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
